ERP Integration · Malaysia
We integrate your ERP — AutoCount, SQL Account, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, SAP — with a custom web app, customer portal, or website your team will actually use. Real-time or scheduled sync, with proper audit logs and error monitoring.
Why choose us
Five reasons Malaysian teams pick us.
Works with every common Malaysian ERP
AutoCount, SQL Account, Sage 300/X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Odoo, SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite. We pick the right integration pattern (REST API, middleware, direct DB read, scheduled CSV) based on your ERP version and API quality.
Custom web app on top, not customised ERP
For most SMEs, modifying the ERP itself is expensive, slow, and hard to maintain. We build a focused web app on top — dashboard, portal, internal tool, customer-facing app — that does what your team actually needs while the ERP stays clean.
Auth, roles, audit logs by default
Single sign-on, role-based access control, full audit trails on every write to the ERP. Required for regulated sectors, useful for everyone else when something goes wrong and you need to figure out what happened.
Data quality clean-up included
Most Malaysian SMEs have duplicate customer records, inconsistent SKU codes, and stale inventory in their ERP. We flag and clean these as part of the integration — surfacing bad data to customers is worse than not surfacing it at all.
Rollback + monitoring from day one
If the integration ever writes bad data, we can detect and undo within hours. Full observability on every transaction — you find out about problems before your customers do, not the other way around.
Common patterns we ship for Malaysian businesses: customer-facing order portal connected to AutoCount, B2B distributor portal connected to SQL Account, sales team mobile app connected to Microsoft Dynamics, inventory dashboard for retail chains, supplier portal for manufacturers, customer self-service portal that reduces support load.
We work with mid-market manufacturers, retail chains, distributors, services firms — anyone whose team is spending serious time re-keying data between systems or exporting CSVs to update reports.
FAQ
Questions Malaysian buyers ask.
What does ERP integration cost in Malaysia?
A one-way ERP→website sync starts around RM 12,000. A two-way integration with one ERP + one external system typically runs RM 25,000–50,000. A custom internal web app on top of an ERP starts at RM 20,000 and goes to RM 80,000 for production-grade builds. Multi-system or customer-facing portals with auth and payments usually start RM 60,000.
How long does ERP integration take?
A typical single-ERP integration plus a focused custom web app takes 6–12 weeks. Discovery and API access usually take 1–2 weeks, architecture and design 1 week, build 4–8 weeks, testing and UAT 1–2 weeks. Add 2–4 weeks if your ERP has poor API documentation or you need to reverse-engineer.
My ERP does not have an API. Can it still be integrated?
Usually yes. Three paths: direct database read from the ERP's SQL Server backend (most common for AutoCount, SQL Account), scheduled CSV/Excel export-and-ingest, or a desktop automation bridge for genuinely legacy systems. Each has trade-offs but "no API" is almost never a true deal-breaker.
Should I customise my ERP or build a custom web app on top?
For most Malaysian SMEs, build the web app. Customising the ERP itself costs 2–3x more, slows you down on every future ERP upgrade, and locks you to a single vendor. Modify the ERP only when the change is genuinely about accounting, stock, or core operational logic — not about how a specific team wants to see or interact with the data.
Will this break when my ERP upgrades?
It can, which is why we plan for it. Integrations that hit official REST APIs survive upgrades cleanly. Direct database reads sometimes break when schemas change — we monitor and fix. Plan for 5–15% of project cost per year in ongoing maintenance, regardless of who builds it.
