Browsing a demo, selecting a package or sending a brief is an enquiry. It does not place an order or create an obligation to pay. We confirm your requirements before issuing a written quote. Work starts only after the applicable quote, agreement and payment arrangements are accepted.
Prices and scope
Advertised starting prices are in Malaysian ringgit for the stated package scope. They are not all-inclusive prices for every possible project. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, paid software or licences, extra pages, extra languages and additional services are separately specified. Any applicable tax is itemised before acceptance.
The quote identifies deliverables, content responsibilities, included revisions, schedule, recurring costs, payment methods and stages, acceptance criteria and handover. Please check these before proceeding. Changes outside the accepted scope require a revised agreement.
Timing, payments and cancellation
Delivery timing depends on the agreed scope, receipt of content, feedback and any third-party dependencies. We confirm the schedule in the quote. There is no payment facility on this website. Payment instructions come with the accepted business quotation or invoice; verify the beneficiary with us before paying.
Cancellation, refund and change arrangements are set out in the project agreement before payment. Nothing in this website’s information is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Content, ownership and examples
You are responsible for having permission to supply logos, photos, copy and other materials for the project. The agreed handover covers the final deliverables after payment, subject to third-party platform and asset licences. Those licences are not transferred beyond the rights they permit.
The 10 example sites use fictional brands, stock photography and illustrative content. They are demonstrations of design and interaction, not completed customer projects, verified performance data, real shops, medical providers or available booking services.
Search visibility and business results
We can provide agreed website and search foundations. Search engines and AI services control their own crawling, indexing, rankings and citations. We do not guarantee specific search positions, traffic levels, enquiry numbers or sales. Ongoing content, promotion and your sales follow-up affect results.
